"Failure to pick up skip"

Ordered a skip and paid for it on delivery, however getting them to pick it up was a joke. Been over a week and still here. On Tour De France route and cant park on main road, so going to have to leave car elsewhere as skip on our parking space. Would I have to chase an exchange?.... think not!!!!! abysmal .
