"Your skip has taken root on our driveway its been here so long"

Tried to get a skip at short notice, I usually use myers but they couldn't deliver in time so got a skip from hunters, it cost £50 more than myers but went with it because they could supply at short notice. Skip got delivered on the Saturday morning, driver was very polite. I filled the skip over the weekend and phoned hunters on the Tuesday to say it was ready for collection. By friday the skip was still on our driveway so I called hunters thinking it had just got missed. I was told they had forgotten to input it into the planner. One week later skip was still on our driveway. My wife phoned them and was assured it would be collected on the Monday. Guess what! It wasn't picked up! After several more phone calls and broken promises we still have the skip on our driveway. So we have had hunters skip full and ready for collection for 4 WEEKS! So far. Thankyou hunters. Will never use you again!.
