"Whose skip is it?"

I have a skip outside the house which was delivered at the beginning of June and it is still with us after many many ! calls they are rude, tell you they will pick it up tomorrow but tomorrow never comes when you try to ask why they cannot move it they put the phone down on you never never will I use this company or recommend them. The company who did the work for us are not interested and I will not use them again even though they did a great job they must have known what they were like.

So just wondering if I own the skip after 3 months of having this outside the house.

The skip is filled sky high as everyone seems to put rubbish in..
