After being let down by 4 other builders (whom I won't name) I was given his name from a parent at school.

I actually bumped into him in my local area and asked if he could look at my leaking roof.

Mr Connolly said he would come the following day for an initial look.

He turned up by lunchtime the following day whilst passing from his suppliers.

Mr Connolly phoned first to make sure it was convenient.

After looking he decided he would need a 2nd look from on the roof itself to be sure and I needn't be here for that.

Today he arrived at 9:30 (6 days after first speaking to him) and went on the roof and within an hour had cleaned an obstruction and carried out the required works.

Absolutely over the moon with his professionalism and standard of work.
