We ordered a 3 piece suite, dining room furniture and several other oak furniture items pre COVID. The staff were very accommodating when lockdown began and there was no problem storing our items until restrictions were lifted. A new delivery date was mutually arranged, confirmed by phone a couple of days before and delivered exactly as promised. An upholsterer was sourced by the staff to re-cover dining chairs to match the sofas. The seats were collected on time, delivered back and fitted within 10 days. Payment was made over the phone therefore not requiring us to visit the store. The quality of the goods is first class. The delivery staff were careful and wore masks at all times.

From start to finish the staff were friendly and courteous, knowledgeable and accommodating. The personal touch afforded by this local Huddersfield store cannot be underestimated and made the whole experience a pleasant one.
