We usually buy a Daily Mail at the shop for us and our next door neighbour. I picked up two this morning, not realising the Saturday magazines were missing as the two together were quite thick. I put them in the car and then my wife and I went for a walk. It was only an hour later when we returned home that we realised the magazines were missing. My wife went back to the shop and pointed out the error, however she was refused a refund even though they were obviously aware that the magazines had not been supplied to them this morning.
