"Don't bother"

They clearly don't care about their customers. I ordered a takeaway for delivery. They said I would need to wait for 1 hour for delivery. I called back 1 hour 25 minutes later as it had not arrived. They said it would be another 30 minutes. Not acceptable. Don't bother..
